My Tools:
Free Thumb Gallery!: Useful for showcasing collections of objects, avatars and even worlds. Have a ready portfolio.
My layout grid!: I use this to draw my layout of a world before I begin the building process.
Copy&Paste Nodes!: If you use Notepad this is great, if you use VRMLPad its pretty much built in however you can make easy macros using this.
Material Guide!: I have used this religously for close to 11 years for material needs, I havent found anything that compares.
